CONDITIONERS

A lovely light conditioner designed to rehydrate the finest curl. Designed to be used as a Co-wash and/or traditional Conditioner and can also be used as a Leave-in.

The light conditioner may be used in any or all of the following ways:

METHOD 1: Co-wash Completely saturate hair with warm water to open the cuticle. Apply to hands and distribute evenly in palms and fingers before applying to hair and scalp. Massage into scalp with fingertips to remove product, dirt and oils. Add more warm water and let it run right to the ends, scrunching as you go. This technique will gently clean the hair and help activate the curl. Rinse out with lots of water.

METHOD 2 : Deep Conditioning Completely saturate hair with warm water. Apply to palms and distribute evenly in hands. Begin applying to ends of hair, working product up to mid lengths. Glaze any remaining product over hair. Once product is distributed evenly begin applying preferred personal techniques such as; wet brush, roping, squish to condish. Rinse out with lots of water, allowing some product to be left in depending on what your curls need.

METHOD 3 : Leave-in After your conditioning routine, apply to palms and distribute evenly through hair using your preferred personal techniques such as; raking, praying hands. For more accentuated curls gently scrunch hair to encourage stronger curls. Leave in and let hair dry with your preferred technique such as; plopping, diffusing or air dry, OR for stronger curl definition and hold, apply gel before allowing the hair to dry.

TIP: Can be applied for refreshing techniques.

Directions: After cleansing, apply a liberal amount of Banana Cream to soaking wet hair. Evenly distribute and leave on for 30 minutes, using a heat cap for full penetration. Rinse. For extra thirsty locks, apply a bit of Banana Cream as a leave-in treat.

Now comes in refill pouch, in only 473ML pouch. We strongly recommend that you dispense banana cream into a container upon receiving it. You can purchase the ecoslay container separately or use one you may already have.

 Shelf Life & Storage Tips: Banana Cream is fully-preserved with a 9 month shelf life when stored in a cool, dark, dry location. Because Banana Cream is an all-natural product and often cool, dry, dark locations are difficult to come by, it is recommended that it is refrigerated to preserve its shelf life.

Avocado Oil

• Avocado oil is recommended as an effective treatment for eczema, dry scalp and other forms of skin inflammation.
• Avocado oil moisturizes the scalp and shields it from ultraviolet radiation.
• Avocado oil is rich in antioxidants, minerals, essential fatty acids, biotin and vitamins A, B-5, and E

Argan Oil

• Argan oil comes from the fruit of the native Argan tree in Morocco. The fruit is so nutritious that goats climb the trees just to eat them. For centuries, dating back at least as far as 600 BC, the Phoenicians relied upon this oil for healing as well as for enhancing beauty.

General Directions
After using Shampoo, apply desired amount into wet hair concentrating on the midlengths & ends, leave for 1-3 minutes, enjoy the aroma & rinse thoroughly. SAFE FOR COLOURED HAIR.

Curly Girl Directions (suitable for co-washing or deep condition)
Apply 20- 50 cent piece size, emulsify into hands. Apply evenly starting from the ends and working through to the mid lengths, lightly glaze over the top of the head with remaining conditioner. Leave in for 1-3 minutes, enjoy the aroma. Follow your preferred individual techniques i.e. “roping”, “brush with wet brush”, “squish to condish”. Once applied correct techniques and you have a “slip” either rinse or leave in.

Rosemary Oil is also used to promote hair growth. It strengthens circulation and has even been used traditionally to prevent premature graying and dandruff. It may also help with dry or itchy scalp.

Lavender Oil is not only conditioning but is healing and restorative. Lavender oil is useful in scalp conditions such as dandruff, eczema, psoriasis and acne. With its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, lavender soothes and heals the scalp and thereby reduces hair fall.

Bamboo Extract is well known for its skin and scalp soothing properties which foster greater circulation in the scalp which strengthens follicles and promotes the growth of thicker hair. For example, this powerful plant extract supports the retention of moisture which helps hair stay elastic and soft.

Burdock Root Oil contains vitamin A, which can help nourish the scalp and strengthen hair. In addition to promoting hair growth, burdock root oil helps with scalp irritation issues, dandruff, and itchy scalp.

Helichrysum cleanses the scalp, strengthens the strands, and stimulates hair follicles while reducing itchiness and dryness.

Horse Chestnut tones the skin of the scalp, feeds, polishes and refreshes the hair, gives it gloss and elasticity. 

Yucca is effective as a scalp treatment because it contains saponins, which are cleansers that also reduce inflammation, itchiness, and dandruff. It will leave your hair very clean and also boost volume. Strands will look shiny, smooth, fuller, and healthier. Yucca naturally works to thicken hair.

Camellia Sinensis has many factors contributing to hair regrowth and preventing hair loss: Blood circulation and hormonal balances improve with green tea; this stimulates the growth of the hair follicle.
