Purpose
This protein free co-wash is formulated as a cleansing conditioner that will moisture and freshen up your scalp & hair. Enriched with Peppermint oil, Tea Tree oil and the unique formula PreBIULIN® FOS to help with scalp irritations like dryness, itchiness and dandruff. The tingling effect increases blood circulation to the scalp to create a healthier environment for hair growth. Conditioning ingredients, such as Shea Butter, Avocado and Almond oil are added for moisturizing and detangling benefits.

 

How to use
Step 1: can be used daily if you want to freshen your hair in between shampooing . Apply a generous amount on your scalp and to the lengths of your hair. Massage your scalp and leave it on for at least 1-2 minutes for the tingling sensation. Then rinse out. If you have the time leave it on for 5-10 minutes for a moisturizing quick treatment and an increase of blood circulation. Skip to step 3 if your hair feels moisturized and hydrated enough. If your hair needs more slip, follow with step 2.

Perfectly tailored to suit the Curly Girl Method, this suds-free cleanser is ideal for curly, dry, dull or damaged hair. This replenishing conditioner cleanser (co-wash), will help deeply nourish and revive lifeless hair, helping those dry and brittle split ends. Hair will look and feel hydrated, soft and shiny. Gentle and moisturizing, this cleanser is sulfate, silicone, paraben and alcohol free.

This is the exact same formula as the Invigorating Conditioner Cleanser, but also includes six of the best hair and scalp friendly botanical extracts available in the market to fortify, enrich, nourish, impart shine and body, prevent oxidation and hydrate. Perfect for those whose hair needs extra pampering.

As it is a suds free cleanser you will need to apply a liberal amount to the scalp and lather through to the ends. Massage scalp well for several minutes. Rinse. Reapply this time as you would a conditioner. Start at the ends and work through to the roots. Leave in hair for two minutes then rinse thoroughly.

*Pro tip: As the Hair Extravagance co-wash is very gentle, we recommend using our low-poo shampoo once a month to clarify your hair and remove excess build-up.

Aloe Vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff and conditions your hair.

Grape Seed Oil reduces dandruff and hair loss and strengthens the hair enabling it to grow faster. The vitamin E content in the oil helps build the hair tissue, and the linoleic acid in the oil promotes hair growth.

Shea Butter is also very moisturizing for the hair and scalp. People with curly and coarse hair textures benefit from using shea butter as a sealant to keep moisture in their hair and increase softness.

Jojoba Oil can also moisturize the scalp and may be a dandruff remedy. Jojoba is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, and zinc. Because it strengthens hair, it is also thought that jojoba oil can assist with hair loss and promote hair thickness.

Glycerin is a humectant. It helps capture the moisture from the air to keep your hair moisturized, and it also helps with curl definition and frizz reduction.

Tea Tree Oil's anti-fungal and antimicrobial properties make it effective for treating dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Tea tree oil can clear the follicles and allow your hair to breathe. It can also moisturize the scalp while preventing build-up of excess oil on the scalp. All this facilitates hair growth.

Peppermint Oil stimulates the anagen growth phase, improves blood supply and has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Rosemary Oil is also used to promote hair growth. It strengthens circulation and has even been used traditionally to prevent premature greying and dandruff. It may also help with dry or itchy scalp.

Lavender Oil is not only conditioning but is healing and restorative. Lavender oil is useful in scalp conditions such as dandruff, eczema, psoriasis and acne. With its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, lavender soothes and heals the scalp and thereby reduces hair fall.

Bamboo Extract is well known for its skin and scalp soothing properties which foster greater circulation in the scalp which strengthens follicles and promotes the growth of thicker hair. This powerful plant extract supports the retention of moisture which helps hair stay elastic and soft.

Burdock Root Oil contains vitamin A, which can help nourish the scalp and strengthen hair. In addition to promoting hair growth, burdock root oil helps with scalp irritation issues, dandruff, and itchy scalp.

Helichrysum cleanses the scalp, strengthens the strands, and stimulate hair follicles while reducing itchiness and dryness.

Yucca naturally works to thicken hair.

Camellia Sinensis has many factors contributing to hair regrowth and preventing hair loss: Blood circulation and hormonal balances improve with green tea; this stimulates the growth of the hair follicle.
