To use: 

 

1. **Preparation**: Start with clean, dry hair. 

2. **Gather Hair**: Depending on your hair type and length, you may want to tie your hair up prior.This makes it easier to tuck all your hair into the bonnet.

3. **Put on the Bonnet**: Hold the bonnet by the edges and place it over your head. Make sure the inside of the bonnet is facing your hair.

4. **Adjust the Fit**: Pull the bonnet down over your hair, ensuring that all your hair is tucked inside. Adjust the elastic band or drawstring to ensure a snug fit without being too tight.

5. **Secure**: Make sure the bonnet is secure and comfortable. It should not slip off during the night.

6. **Sleep or Relax**: You can now go to bed or relax, knowing your hair is protected from friction and moisture loss.

7. **Removal**: When you wake up, gently remove the bonnet. Take your time to avoid causing frizz or disturb your hairstyle.
